Position: Sales Executive
Location: Flexible – Work from Home (Online/Offline Sales)
Employment Type: Probation (1 month) leading to Contract
Salary: PKR 15,000/month (Basic Pay) + 10% Commission on Every Sale

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Executive to help expand our reach both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Online: Sell products on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, OLX, personal websites, and other online marketplaces.
- Drive Sales Offline: Build relationships with local businesses and shops interested in our imported products.
- Achieve Monthly Targets: Ensure sales targets are met during the probation period.
- Manage Customer Relationships: Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and manage post-sale follow-up.
- Flexible Sales Channels: You are free to choose the platforms and methods to drive sales.
- Reporting: Provide sales reports and insights into customer needs, trends, and preferences.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in both online and offline environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to close deals and maintain relationships.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative in generating sales.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media sales, and basic digital marketing.
- Sales Driven: Motivated by achieving targets and earning commissions.
